The International Conference on Learning will take place next year in Hongkong. Being very curious after our first class discussions about the professional academic treatment of digital media here, I took a look at their planned program and was pretty disappointed by the lack of any explicit engagement with digital technology in education. Furthermore I felt a typical divide between the humanities on the one hand and science, maths and (more general) technologies on the other hand.
At least there is the possibility of an online participation/presence via uploading a speech on youtube I guess...
